About the Role

Key Responsibilities

  • Work closely with students, instructors, and staff to facilitate access to resources and accommodations
  • Provide information and guidance on accessibility services, policies, and procedures
  • Collaborate with internal departments to ensure seamless delivery of support services
  • Develop and implement strategies to promote awareness and inclusivity
  • Build relationships with external partners to enhance resource availability

Requirements

  • Possess a post-secondary diploma in a related field or equivalent combination of training and experience
  • A minimum of 2 years of experience working with people with disabilities, preferably adults in an educational setting
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office and Adobe Pro
  • Excellent interpersonal and communication skills
  • Knowledge of relevant legislation and policies
