- The ideal candidate will have excellent organizational and communication skills.
- Responsibilities:
- Arrange and coordinate seminars, conferences, and meetings.
- Plan and organize daily operations, ensuring smooth office procedures.
- Supervise other workers, providing guidance and support.
- Establish and implement policies and procedures to maintain a productive work environment.
- Record and prepare minutes of meetings, seminars, and conferences.
- Determine and establish office routines and procedures.
- Schedule and confirm appointments, ensuring timely follow-up.
- Manage contracts, training, and development strategies.
- Answer telephone calls, relay messages, and respond to electronic inquiries.
- Compile data, statistics, and other information to support decision-making.
- Oversee the preparation of reports, ensuring accuracy and timeliness.
- Advise senior management on administrative matters.
- Respond to employee questions and complaints in a professional manner.
- Liaise with management, union officials, and HR consultants to resolve issues.
- Assign, coordinate, and review projects and programs.
- Requirements:
- 7 months to less than 1 year of relevant experience.
- Permanent employment.
- English language proficiency.
- 36 hours of work per week.
