- Plan and organize daily operations, including supervising other workers and establishing office procedures
- Record and prepare minutes of meetings, seminars, and conferences
- Determine and establish office procedures and routines
- Schedule and confirm appointments, manage contracts, and oversee the classification and rating of occupations
- Compile data, statistics, and other information, and prepare reports for senior management
- Respond to employee questions and complaints, and liaise with management, union officials, and HR consultants
Requirements:
- 7 months to less than 1 year of experience in an administrative role
- Permanent position, 36 hours per week
- Fluency in English
