Administrative Coordinator

Job Summary: We are seeking an experienced Administrative Support Professional to join our team at CANADIAN TAX & FINANCIAL SERVICES INC. The successful candidate will be responsible for arranging and coordinating seminars, conferences, and other events, as well as planning and organizing daily operations.
Key Responsibilities:
- Arrange and coordinate seminars, conferences, and other events
- Plan and organize daily operations, including supervising other workers and establishing and implementing policies and procedures
- Record and prepare minutes of meetings, seminars, and conferences
- Determine and establish office procedures and routines
- Schedule and confirm appointments, manage contracts, and oversee the classification and rating of occupations
- Manage training and development strategies, answer telephone and relay telephone calls and messages, and oversee the analysis of employee data and information
- Compile data, statistics, and other information, and oversee the preparation of reports
- Advise senior management, respond to employee questions and complaints, and liaise with management, union officials, and HR consultants
- Assign, coordinate, and review projects and programs
Requirements:
- College/CEGEP education
- 7 months to less than 1 year of experience
- Permanent work term
- 36 hours per week
- Work Language: English
