Job Summary: We are seeking an experienced Administrative Support Professional to join our team at CANADIAN TAX & FINANCIAL SERVICES INC. The successful candidate will be responsible for arranging and coordinating seminars, conferences, and other events, as well as planning and organizing daily operations.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Arrange and coordinate seminars, conferences, and other events
  • Plan and organize daily operations, including supervising other workers and establishing and implementing policies and procedures
  • Record and prepare minutes of meetings, seminars, and conferences
  • Determine and establish office procedures and routines
  • Schedule and confirm appointments, manage contracts, and oversee the classification and rating of occupations
  • Manage training and development strategies, answer telephone and relay telephone calls and messages, and oversee the analysis of employee data and information
  • Compile data, statistics, and other information, and oversee the preparation of reports
  • Advise senior management, respond to employee questions and complaints, and liaise with management, union officials, and HR consultants
  • Assign, coordinate, and review projects and programs

Requirements:

  • College/CEGEP education
  • 7 months to less than 1 year of experience
  • Permanent work term
  • 36 hours per week
  • Work Language: English
