About the Role

We are seeking a highly organized and experienced Construction Site Supervisor to join our team at ONENESS HOME CONSTRUCTION INC.

Key Responsibilities
  • Supervise and coordinate construction projects from start to finish
  • Ensure projects are completed on time, within budget, and to the required quality standards
  • Recruit, train, and manage a team of construction workers
  • Coordinate and schedule activities, including material ordering and equipment setup
  • Monitor and maintain a safe working environment, adhering to health and safety regulations
  • Prepare and submit reports on project progress and performance
Requirements
  • 2 years of experience in construction supervision or a related field
  • High school diploma or equivalent required; post-secondary education in a related field an asset
  • Excellent communication and leadership skills
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team
  • Strong problem-solving and organizational skills
Work Environment

This is a full-time position, working 35 hours per week. The work environment is outdoors, with exposure to noise, heights, and dust.

Language

The primary language of work is English.
