Job Title: Construction Site Manager

WOODBRICK CONSTRUCTION & RENOVATIONS is seeking a highly skilled Construction Site Manager to join our team. As a key member of our operations team, you will be responsible for coordinating and supervising the activities of subcontractors, evaluating daily operations, and planning and organizing daily operations.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Coordinate subcontractors' activities to ensure timely completion of projects
  • Evaluate daily operations to identify areas for improvement and implement changes as needed
  • Plan and organize daily operations to ensure efficient use of resources and minimize delays
  • Prepare and submit construction project budget estimates to ensure accurate financial planning
  • Recruit, hire, and supervise staff and/or volunteers to ensure a skilled and motivated team
  • Plan and prepare construction schedules and milestones, and monitor progress to ensure projects are completed on time
  • Prepare reports to provide updates on project progress and identify areas for improvement
Requirements:
  • 5-10 years of experience in construction management or a related field
  • Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience
  • Excellent communication and leadership skills
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team
  • Strong problem-solving and analytical skills
Working Conditions:
  • 30 hours per week
  • Permanent position
  • English language required
