Job Summary

We are seeking a highly organized and experienced Construction Site Supervisor to join our team at ONENESS HOME CONSTRUCTION INC. The successful candidate will be responsible for overseeing construction projects, supervising workers, and ensuring projects are completed on time and within budget.

Key Responsibilities
  • Supervise and coordinate construction projects from start to finish
  • Recruit, train, and manage a team of construction workers
  • Ensure compliance with health and safety regulations and company policies
  • Coordinate and schedule activities, including material requisition and equipment setup
  • Estimate costs and materials, and ensure projects are completed within budget
  • Prepare production and other reports as required
Requirements
  • Secondary (high) school graduation certificate
  • 2 years to less than 3 years of experience in construction or a related field
  • Excellent organizational and communication skills
  • Ability to work at heights, outdoors, and in noisy environments
Work Environment

The successful candidate will work in a fast-paced construction environment, with frequent travel to various locations. The work site environment will be outdoors, with exposure to dust, noise, and heights.
