Job Summary

We are seeking a highly organized and experienced Construction Site Supervisor to join our team at ONENESS HOME CONSTRUCTION INC. The successful candidate will be responsible for supervising workers and projects, coordinating and scheduling activities, and ensuring health and safety regulations are followed.

Key Responsibilities
  • Supervise and coordinate construction projects, ensuring timely completion and quality of work
  • Recruit, train, and manage a team of construction workers, including hiring and staffing actions
  • Prepare and review production reports, estimating costs and materials as needed
  • Coordinate with other departments to ensure smooth project execution
  • Ensure compliance with health and safety regulations, reading blueprints and drawings as required
  • Requisition and order materials, equipment, and supplies as needed
Requirements
  • Secondary (high) school graduation certificate
  • 2 years to less than 3 years of experience in construction or a related field
  • Excellent organizational and communication skills
  • Ability to work at heights, outdoors, and in noisy environments
  • Team player with a strong work ethic
Work Environment

The successful candidate will work in a fast-paced construction environment, with regular exposure to outdoor weather conditions, heights, and noise. A strong attention to detail and ability to work independently are essential.
