About the Role

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Cook to join our team at GUAC MEXI GRILL. As a key member of our kitchen staff, you will be responsible for preparing and cooking complete meals and individual dishes to the highest standards.

Key Responsibilities
  • Food Preparation and Cooking: Prepare and cook complete meals and individual dishes, ensuring that all food is of the highest quality and presented in an appealing manner.
  • Customer Service: Prepare dishes for customers with food allergies or intolerances, and ensure that all food is handled and cooked safely.
  • Team Leadership: Supervise kitchen staff and helpers, providing guidance and support to ensure that all tasks are completed efficiently and effectively.
  • Inventory Management: Maintain inventory and records of food, supplies, and equipment, ensuring that all stock is up-to-date and accurate.
  • Cleaning and Maintenance: Clean kitchen and work areas, ensuring that all equipment and surfaces are clean and hygienic.
Requirements
  • Education: Secondary (high) school graduation certificate
  • Experience: 1 year to less than 2 years
  • Language: English
  • Work Hours: 40 hours per week
