Project Coordinator Job Description

The Project Coordinator will play a key role in the successful delivery of projects by providing administrative support to the Project Manager and team members. This includes coordinating project schedules, resources, and budgets, as well as ensuring compliance with company policies and procedures.

Responsibilities:
  • Coordinate project schedules, resources, and budgets to ensure timely and within-budget delivery
  • Provide administrative support to the Project Manager and team members, including preparing reports, presentations, and other documents
  • Ensure compliance with company policies and procedures, including health and safety, quality, and environmental regulations
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to identify and mitigate project risks
  • Develop and maintain project documentation, including project plans, schedules, and status reports
  • Coordinate project meetings, including scheduling, preparing agendas, and taking minutes
  • Provide excellent customer service to clients and stakeholders, including responding to inquiries and resolving issues
Requirements:
  • Previous experience in project coordination or a related field
  • Excellent communication and organizational skills
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team
  • Strong attention to detail and ability to prioritize tasks
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office and project management software
