Job Summary

We are seeking a highly organized and detail-oriented Project Coordinator to join our team at TBT Engineering Limited. The successful candidate will assist with on-going procurement and project administration activities, working closely with our Administration and Procurement divisions.

Key Responsibilities
  • Coordinate project schedules, resources, equipment, and information to ensure seamless project execution.
  • Contribute to the development of proposals, including writing and editing.
  • Maintain and organize project documentation, ensuring accuracy and completeness.
  • Perform routine administrative tasks, including reception, printing, photocopying, and general clerical duties.
Requirements
  • Demonstrated abilities in administration and project management, with associated qualifications and certifications.
  • Strong interest in project administration and intermediate to advanced knowledge level of the Microsoft Office suite of products.
  • Knowledge of relevant engineering procurement processes and business writing skills.
  • Ability to review documentation and provide constructive and insightful feedback.
