Project Administrator Job Description

**Job Summary**

TBT Engineering Limited is seeking a highly organized and detail-oriented Project Administrator to support our engineering, technology, and earth sciences teams in Northwestern Ontario. The successful candidate will assist with procurement and project administration activities, including coordinating project schedules, resources, and information.

**Key Responsibilities**

* Coordinating project schedules, resources, equipment, and information
* Contributing to writing and overall development of proposals
* Maintaining and organizing project documentation
* Routine administrative tasks, including general reception, printing, photocopying, binding documents, and ensuring adequate inventory of supplies

**Requirements**

* Demonstrated abilities in administration and project management
* Associated qualifications and certifications are definite assets
* Degree or diploma in Business, English, or a related field
* Strong interest in project administration and intermediate to advanced knowledge level of the Microsoft Office suite of products
* Knowledge of relevant engineering procurement processes and ability to review documentation and provide constructive and insightful feedback
