Project Administrator Job Description

At TBT Engineering Consulting Group, we are seeking a highly organized and detail-oriented Project Administrator to join our team. The successful candidate will assist with on-going procurement and project administration activities, working closely with our Administration and Procurement divisions.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Coordinate project schedules, resources, equipment, and information to ensure seamless project execution.
  • Contribute to the development of proposals and assist with writing and editing.
  • Maintain and organize project documentation, ensuring accuracy and completeness.
  • Perform routine administrative tasks, including reception, printing, photocopying, and general clerical duties.
Requirements:

The ideal candidate will possess a degree or diploma in Business, English, or a related field, with a strong interest in project administration and intermediate to advanced knowledge of the Microsoft Office suite. Relevant engineering procurement processes, business writing skills, and the ability to review documentation and provide constructive feedback are definite assets.
