Key Responsibilities- Hiring and Training: Recruit, train, and develop a team of sales associates to provide exceptional customer service and meet sales targets.
- Merchandise Management: Authorize returns, manage inventory, and maintain a visually appealing store display.
- Sales and Reporting: Meet or exceed sales targets, prepare sales reports, and analyze data to inform business decisions.
- Customer Service: Resolve customer complaints, provide product information, and ensure a positive shopping experience.
- Team Supervision: Supervise and coordinate the activities of 3-4 sales associates, providing guidance and support as needed.
- Education: Secondary (high) school graduation certificate.
- Experience: 1 year to less than 2 years of retail experience.
- Work Setting: Retail business.
Our store operates on a 32-hour workweek, with a permanent employment status. The primary language of work is English.
