Job Title: Instructor for OBHR 3P97 Course

Brock University is seeking a qualified instructor to teach the OBHR 3P97 course. The successful candidate will have a strong background in teaching quantitative research methods and human resource management.

Responsibilities:
  • Teach the OBHR 3P97 course to undergraduate students
  • Develop and deliver course materials, including lectures and assignments
  • Assess student performance and provide feedback
  • Participate in departmental meetings and contribute to curriculum development
Requirements:
  • PhD in Business or related discipline
  • Experience in teaching quantitative research methods
  • Prior teaching and/or research experience in the study of Organizational Behaviour/Human Resources
  • Evidence of competent and effective teaching experience at the undergraduate university level
