Brock University is seeking a qualified instructor to teach OBHR 3P97, a half-course in Human Resource Management. The successful candidate will have a PhD in Business or a related discipline and experience in teaching quantitative research methods.

Key Responsibilities:

The instructor will be responsible for delivering lectures, leading seminars, and grading assignments. They will also be expected to provide feedback to students and maintain a positive learning environment.

Qualifications:

The ideal candidate will have a strong background in Organizational Behaviour/Human Resources and experience in teaching at the undergraduate university level. They will also have excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
