Instructor Position in Human Resource Management

Brock University is seeking a qualified instructor to teach a half course in OBHR 3P97, Human Resource Management. The successful candidate will have a strong background in teaching quantitative research methods and experience in the study of Organizational Behaviour/Human Resources.
Responsibilities:- Teach a half course in OBHR 3P97, Human Resource Management
- Develop and deliver course materials, including lectures, assignments, and exams
- Assess student learning and provide feedback
- Participate in departmental meetings and contribute to curriculum development
- PhD in Business or related discipline
- Experience in teaching quantitative research methods
- Prior teaching and/or research experience in the study of Organizational Behaviour/Human Resources
- Evidence of competent and effective teaching experience at the undergraduate university level
