Job Title: Instructor for OBHR 4P66 Course

Brock University is seeking a highly qualified instructor to teach the OBHR 4P66 course. The successful candidate will have a strong background in business research methods and a proven track record of effective teaching.

Responsibilities:
  • Teach the OBHR 4P66 course to undergraduate students
  • Develop and deliver course materials, including lectures, assignments, and exams
  • Assess student performance and provide feedback
  • Participate in departmental meetings and contribute to curriculum development
Requirements:
  • PhD in Business or related field
  • Experience in teaching quantitative research methods
  • Prior teaching and/or research experience in Organizational Behaviour/Human Resources
  • Evidence of competent and effective teaching experience at the undergraduate university level
Compensation:

The instructor will be compensated at a rate of $7 per half course, effective September 1, 2024. The instructor will also be responsible for the first hour of seminar/lab in each course.

Work Schedule:

The instructor will teach on Mondays and Wednesdays from 2030-2200.
