About the Role

We are seeking a highly skilled Construction Project Manager to join our team at KK Builders. As a key member of our operations team, you will be responsible for overseeing the day-to-day activities of our construction projects.

Key Responsibilities
  • Project Planning and Coordination
    • Develop and implement project plans to ensure timely completion and within budget
    • Coordinate with project stakeholders, including architects, engineers, and contractors
  • Team Management
    • Supervise and train a team of construction workers and project coordinators
    • Ensure compliance with company policies and procedures
  • Reporting and Analysis
    • Prepare and submit regular project reports to management
    • Monitor and analyze project progress, identifying areas for improvement
Requirements
  • Education
    • College, CEGEP, or other non-university certificate or diploma from a program of 1-2 years
  • Experience
    • 1-2 years of experience in construction project management or a related field
Work Environment
  • Work Type
    • On-site work, with occasional travel to project sites
  • Work Schedule
    • 35-40 hours per week, with flexibility to work overtime as needed
