Job Description

Bayshore Home Health is committed to delivering exceptional care and services to our clients. As an Area Director, you will be responsible for leading our operations in the GTA West/NSM region, ensuring the highest standards of quality and patient satisfaction.

Key Responsibilities

  • Strategic Business Development: Develop and implement annual business plans, drive revenue growth, and expand our market share in the region.
  • Operational Leadership: Manage branch office operations, including staffing, budgeting, and quality management, to ensure efficient and effective delivery of services.
  • Human Resources: Recruit, train, and develop a team of skilled professionals, ensuring compliance with company policies and procedures.
  • Financial Management: Prepare and manage budgets, analyze financial performance, and make data-driven decisions to drive business growth.
  • Quality and Safety: Lead quality management initiatives, conduct internal audits, and ensure compliance with regulatory requirements.

Requirements

  • Education: Bachelor's degree in Business or a related field.
  • Experience: At least 5 years of progressive management experience, with a strong track record in business development, operations, and human resources.
  • Skills: Exceptional leadership, business acumen, and communication skills, with a commitment to excellence and customer satisfaction.
