About the Role:
Aird & Berlis LLP is a prominent Canadian business law firm seeking a skilled IT Support Specialist to join our Information Technology Department. As a key member of our team, you will be responsible for providing exceptional technical support to our employees, ensuring they have the necessary tools and resources to perform their duties efficiently.
Responsibilities:
- Provide timely and accurate technical support to users via phone, email, or in-person visits
- Troubleshoot and resolve computer and application issues, including hardware and software problems
- Collaborate with the IT team to identify and implement solutions to improve our technical infrastructure
- Maintain accurate records of user issues and resolutions using our Service Now system
Requirements:
- Post-secondary education in Information Technology or a related field
- Minimum 4 years of experience in a Help Desk or Service Desk role
- Excellent communication and problem-solving skills
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and prioritize multiple tasks
