Job Summary

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Store Purchasing Manager to join our team at UNIQLO. As a key member of our global supply chain team, you will be responsible for managing all aspects of store purchasing, including inventory management, cost control, and vendor relationships.

Key Responsibilities
  • Inventory Management: Develop and implement effective inventory management strategies to ensure timely and accurate delivery of products to stores.
  • Cost Control: Analyze and manage costs associated with purchasing and inventory, ensuring compliance with budgetary requirements.
  • Vendor Relationships: Build and maintain strong relationships with vendors to ensure high-quality products and competitive pricing.
  • Supply Chain Optimization: Identify opportunities to improve supply chain efficiency and implement process improvements to reduce costs and enhance customer satisfaction.
  • Store Support: Provide technical support to store teams on purchasing and inventory-related matters.
  • Reporting and Analysis: Prepare and present regular reports on purchasing and inventory performance, providing insights and recommendations for improvement.
Requirements
  • Education: Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Supply Chain Management, or related field.
  • Experience: At least 2 years of experience in retail purchasing or supply chain management.
  • Skills: Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, excellent communication and interpersonal skills, and proficiency in Microsoft Office.
