Altech Aluminum (2004) ltd is seeking a skilled Welder to join our team. As a Welder, you will be responsible for interpreting welding process specifications, operating manual or semi-automatic welding equipment, and ensuring that welds meet standards and/or specifications.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Interpret welding process specifications and ensure compliance with industry standards
  • Operate manual or semi-automatic welding equipment, including arc welding machines
  • Examine welds and ensure that they meet quality and safety standards
  • Start up, shut down, adjust and monitor robotic welding production lines
  • Work with a variety of materials, including aluminum alloys, steel, iron, and heavy metals
Requirements:
  • Welder Trade Red Seal Certificate
  • Excellent oral communication and teamwork skills
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment with repetitive tasks
  • Manual dexterity and attention to detail
  • Ability to stand for extended periods and lift up to 23 kg (50 lbs)
