Job Title: Welder

Matrix Metal Inc. is seeking a skilled Welder to join our team. As a Welder, you will be responsible for interpreting welding process specifications, operating manual or semi-automatic welding equipment, and ensuring that welds meet standards and/or specifications.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Interpret welding process specifications and ensure compliance with industry standards.
  • Operate manual or semi-automatic welding equipment, including flame-cutting equipment and metal shaping machines.
  • Examine welds and ensure that they meet quality and safety standards.
  • Maintain and perform minor repairs on welding, brazing, and soldering equipment.
Work Environment:

The successful candidate will work in a fast-paced environment with a physically demanding role. The position requires standing for extended periods, working under pressure, and a combination of sitting, standing, and walking.
