Pizza Pizza is seeking a Food Service Supervisor to join our team in a permanent role. As a key member of our operations team, you will be responsible for ensuring that food and service meet quality control standards.

About the Role
  • This position requires no previous experience, as on-the-job training will be provided.
  • A college certificate or diploma from a program of 3 months to less than 1 year, or equivalent experience, is required.
Key Responsibilities
  1. Establish efficient methods to meet work schedules and ensure timely completion of tasks.
  2. Supervise and coordinate the activities of staff who prepare and portion food, maintaining a high level of quality and productivity.
  3. Train staff in job duties, sanitation procedures, and safety protocols to ensure a safe working environment.
  4. Maintain accurate records of stock, repairs, sales, and wastage to inform business decisions.
  5. Establish work schedules that balance productivity with employee well-being.
