Job Title: Food Service Team Lead

Job Summary: We are seeking a highly motivated and experienced Food Service Team Lead to join our team at KT Hospitality. As a Food Service Team Lead, you will be responsible for supervising and coordinating the activities of staff who prepare and portion food, ensuring that food and service meet quality control standards.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Supervise and co-ordinate activities of staff who prepare and portion food
  • Establish methods to meet work schedules
  • Train staff in job duties, sanitation and safety procedures
  • Estimate ingredient and supplies required for meal preparation
  • Ensure that food and service meet quality control standards
  • Address customers' complaints or concerns
  • Prepare and submit reports

Requirements:

  • 1 year to less than 2 years of experience
  • Secondary (high) school graduation certificate
  • Excellent oral communication and interpersonal skills
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment
