This position is perfect for a proactive individual who is enthusiastic about promoting customer success through technology initiatives while nurturing a collaborative and client-focused environment.
As a vital member of our Project Delivery team, the Technology Project Coordinator will manage project execution for our primary clients, working closely with the technical team to ensure smooth implementation across all project stages.
Reporting to the Project Delivery Manager, this role operates 40 hours per week, with standard business hours from 8:00am to 5:00pm, Monday to Friday.
The position requires the ability to juggle multiple project priorities and deadlines, with possible needs for after-hours work and/or travel based on project demands.
This role is crucial to our clients' success, with the Technology Project Coordinator playing a key part in team leadership.

Cultivate relationships with client stakeholders and leaders, promoting open communication and establishing strong working ties with leadership in key accounts.
Strategize, implement, and uphold project results to meet client goals.Maintain organizational standards of satisfaction, quality, and performance.
Identify any obstacles to successful project execution or issues that arise impacting project delivery or customer experience and escalate as necessary.
Analyze, assess, and mitigate program risks, and generate program reports for leadership, clients, and stakeholders.Monitor project progress against milestones, hold resource teams accountable for assigned tasks, and communicate status updates regularly to clients.
Ensure project dependencies are acknowledged and scheduled.Proactively work to eliminate any project barriers for the resource teams.
Update project management software(s) to guarantee accurate reporting. Ensure updates are completed within the required timeframe for executive reporting and invoicing.
Uphold the minimum requirements of project communication, such as internal and external project meetings and status reports.
Provide weekly updates to the Project Delivery Manager on project status, identifying any resource constraints or risks.
Offer an escalation path for technical resources and other Project Managers, assisting as needed to ensure a positive customer experience during project delivery.
Collaborate with the Account Executive team to understand and engage in ongoing client relationships and to assist in all aspects of the sales cycle from opportunity identification through to post-sales customer experience.
Contribute to the continuous enhancement of project management processes and tools.5+ years' experience as a Project Manager on technology initiatives.
~ Excellent understanding of project management techniques and methodologies.
~ Strong leadership, time management, facilitation, preparedness, and organizational skills.
~ Comprehensive understanding of Microsoft M365 services, Azure cloud technology, and network architecture.
~ Strong knowledge of technology projects and the essential requirements for success.
~ Strong coaching, conflict resolution, and decision-making abilities.
CompTIA Project+, PMP (or equivalent)
Ability to communicate effectively in a remote work environment.
Ability to collaborate with a range of technical staff and cross-functional teams to develop joint solutions.
Other administrative responsibilities as required, such as the timely completion of expense reports and timesheets.
Hold a valid Driver's License and vehicle.
Proficient English (written/verbal) communication in a business context.
The Technology Project Coordinator position is a full-time, salaried role with an annual salary range between $85,000 - $100,000. IX Solutions Ltd. is pleased to offer remote work opportunities for our employees.
