Project Coordinator

The Project Coordinator position at Relentless Technology revolves around assisting in the planning, execution, and completion of projects within specified deadlines and budgets. This involves acquiring necessary resources and coordinating the efforts of team members and external parties to ensure projects align with expectations. The role also entails collaboration with our management team to outline project objectives and maintain quality control throughout the project cycle.
Key Responsibilities:
- Assist in managing projects from inception to completion.
- Determine project scope, goals, and deliverables in alignment with business objectives in collaboration with senior management and stakeholders.
- Develop comprehensive project plans and associated communication documents.
- Foster clear and timely communication of project expectations to team members and stakeholders.
- Maintain regular liaison with project stakeholders.
- Evaluate the resources and personnel required to achieve project goals.
- Prepare and submit budget proposals, and recommend subsequent budget changes as necessary.
- Where required, negotiate with other department managers for the acquisition of necessary personnel from within the company.
- Identify and assess the need for additional staff and/or consultants and make the appropriate recruitments if necessary during the project cycle.
- Establish and manage project expectations with team members and other stakeholders.
- Delegate tasks and responsibilities to suitable personnel.
- Recognize and resolve issues and conflicts within the project team.
- Identify and manage project dependencies and critical path.
- Plan and schedule project timelines and milestones using appropriate tools.
- Track project milestones and deliverables.
- Develop and present progress reports, proposals, requirements documentation, and presentations.
- Determine the frequency and content of status reports from the project team, analyze results, and troubleshoot problem areas.
- Proactively manage changes in project scope, identify potential crises, and devise contingency plans.
- Define project success criteria and disseminate them to involved parties throughout the project life cycle.
- Coach, mentor, motivate, and supervise project team members and contractors, and influence them to take positive action and accountability for their assigned work.
- Develop and nurture any business relationships critical to the project's success.
- Project management experience in the field of web development, design, and programming.
