Food Service Supervisor

We are seeking a highly motivated and experienced Food Service Supervisor to join our team at Pizza Pizza. As a Food Service Supervisor, you will be responsible for ensuring the smooth operation of our food service department, including supervising staff, managing inventory, and maintaining high standards of quality and customer service.
Key Responsibilities:- Supervise and train staff to ensure they are meeting the highest standards of quality and customer service.
- Manage inventory and ordering to ensure that we have the necessary supplies to meet customer demand.
- Maintain a clean and safe working environment, adhering to all health and safety regulations.
- Monitor and control labor costs to ensure that we are operating within budget.
- Develop and implement strategies to improve customer satisfaction and loyalty.
- 1-2 years of experience in a food service management role.
- Proven track record of success in managing staff and inventory.
- Excellent communication and leadership skills.
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and adapt to changing circumstances.
