Food Service Team Lead

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Food Service Supervisor to join our team at GJLC2 FOOD SERVICES INC. As a Food Service Supervisor, you will be responsible for overseeing the daily operations of our food service department, ensuring that our customers receive exceptional service and high-quality food.
Key Responsibilities:- Supervise and coordinate the activities of food service staff, ensuring that all tasks are completed efficiently and effectively.
- Train staff in job duties, sanitation, and safety procedures, ensuring that they are equipped to provide excellent service and maintain a clean and safe work environment.
- Estimate ingredient and supply requirements for meal preparation, ensuring that we have the necessary resources to meet customer demand.
- Hire and manage food service staff, ensuring that we have the right people in the right roles to deliver exceptional service.
- Monitor and maintain records of stock, repairs, sales, and wastage, ensuring that we are operating efficiently and effectively.
- Prepare food order summaries for the chef, ensuring that all orders are accurate and completed on time.
- Supervise and check the assembly of trays and delivery of food trolleys, ensuring that all food is presented in a clean and appealing manner.
- Establish work schedules, ensuring that all staff are aware of their duties and responsibilities.
- Secondary (high) school graduation certificate.
- 1 year to less than 2 years of experience in a food service environment.
- Equivalent experience in a related field.
- Restaurant environment.
