Job Title: Food Service Supervisor

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Food Service Supervisor to join our team at Pizza Hut. As a Food Service Supervisor, you will be responsible for overseeing the daily operations of our food service department, ensuring that our customers receive exceptional service and high-quality food.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Establish and implement efficient food service procedures to meet customer demands.
  • Supervise and train food service staff to ensure they are providing excellent customer service and maintaining high food quality standards.
  • Manage food inventory, ordering, and storage to minimize waste and optimize profitability.
  • Monitor and maintain a clean and safe food service environment, adhering to health and safety regulations.
  • Collaborate with kitchen staff to ensure timely and accurate food preparation and presentation.
  • Develop and implement strategies to improve customer satisfaction and loyalty.
  • Conduct regular quality control checks to ensure food quality and presentation meet Pizza Hut standards.
  • Manage and maintain accurate records of food service operations, including inventory, sales, and customer feedback.
Requirements:
  • 1-2 years of experience in food service management or a related field.
  • Excellent leadership and communication skills.
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and adapt to changing situations.
  • Strong problem-solving and analytical skills.
  • Knowledge of food safety and sanitation procedures.
  • Ability to lift up to 25 pounds and stand for long periods.
