Motel Operations Supervisor

At Skyways Motel, we are seeking a highly skilled Motel Operations Supervisor to join our team. As a key member of our management team, you will be responsible for overseeing the day-to-day operations of our motel, ensuring that our guests receive exceptional service and that our facilities are well-maintained.
The ideal candidate will have a strong background in hospitality management, with experience in supervising a team of staff. You will be responsible for coordinating and reviewing work, hiring and training staff, and maintaining the operation of our computer systems and equipment.
We are looking for someone who is accurate, client-focused, and dependable, with excellent oral communication skills and the ability to work under pressure. Key Responsibilities:
- Oversee the day-to-day operations of the motel
- Supervise a team of staff
- Coordinate and review work
- Hire and train staff
- Maintain the operation of computer systems and equipment
- Requisition materials and supplies
Requirements:
- 1 year to less than 2 years of experience in a supervisory role
- Secondary (high) school graduation certificate or equivalent experience
- Excellent oral communication skills
- Ability to work under pressure
Work Environment:
- Hotel, motel, resort
- Fast-paced environment
- Large workload
- Overtime required

Hours of Work: 30 hours per week
