Job Title: Motel Operations Supervisor
Job Summary: We are seeking a highly organized and detail-oriented Motel Operations Supervisor to join our team at Skyways Motel. As a key member of our management team, you will be responsible for overseeing the daily operations of our motel, ensuring that all aspects of the business run smoothly and efficiently.
Key Responsibilities:
- Supervise and coordinate the work of our front desk and housekeeping staff
- Assist guests with special needs and resolve any issues that may arise
- Requisition materials and supplies as needed
- Maintain the operation of our computer systems and equipment
- Train new staff members on job duties, safety procedures, and company policies
Requirements:
- Secondary (high) school graduation certificate
- 1 year to less than 2 years of experience in a similar role
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and under pressure
Work Environment: Our motel is a dynamic and fast-paced work environment where no two days are ever the same. As a Motel Operations Supervisor, you will be required to work a variety of shifts, including evenings and weekends.
