Job Title: Veterinary Assistant

We are seeking a highly skilled and compassionate Veterinary Assistant to join our team at Dr. Zaeem ul Islam Veterinary Medicine Professional Corporation.

Job Summary:

The successful candidate will provide exceptional care and support to our veterinary team, ensuring the highest level of service to our clients and their pets.

Responsibilities:
  • Assist veterinarians with medical procedures, including handling and restraining animals, administering treatments, and conducting laboratory research.
  • Provide nursing care and rehabilitation therapy for animals, including wound and bandage care.
  • Perform a variety of office management and clerical duties, including maintaining accurate records and providing administrative support.
  • Work collaboratively with the veterinary team to ensure seamless patient care and a positive client experience.
Requirements:
  • Secondary (high) school graduation certificate.
  • 2 years to less than 3 years of experience in a veterinary setting, or equivalent experience.
  • Criminal record check.
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and prioritize tasks effectively.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
