About the Role

We are seeking a skilled and compassionate Veterinary Care Specialist to join our team at Dr. Zaeem ul Islam Veterinary Medicine Professional Corporation.

Key Responsibilities
  • Provide exceptional care and handling of animals undergoing treatment and surgery
  • Assist veterinarians before, during, and after surgical procedures
  • Administer prescribed treatments and medications as needed
  • Conduct and assist in laboratory research and testing
  • Perform various office management and clerical duties
  • Provide nursing care and rehabilitation therapy for animals
  • Offer wound and bandage care and maintenance
Requirements
  • Secondary (high) school graduation certificate
  • 2 years to less than 3 years of experience in a related field
  • Equivalent experience may be considered
  • Criminal record check
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
Work Environment

This is a permanent, full-time position with a 30-40 hour workweek. The ideal candidate will be fluent in English and possess a strong attention to detail.
