About Our Role

We're seeking an experienced Software Implementation Specialist to join our Project Services team.

This role will focus on facilitating the implementation of our Pandell suite of products, working closely with cross-functional teams to deliver high-quality solutions to our customers.

Key Responsibilities
  • Manage small to medium-scale client implementations
  • Responsible for software implementation, data conversion, and product upgrade projects
  • Lead meetings with clients to discuss product implementation and statuses
  • Participate in organizing project and development activities
  • Prepare and update client and internal project plans
  • Liaise between customers, Pandell teams, and business subject matter experts
  • Facilitate the analysis, planning, and execution of solutions to resolve customer requests
Requirements
  • 5+ years of experience in Software Implementation, Project Management, or equivalent experience
  • Experience with software implementation projects, including data conversion and product upgrades
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills
  • Strong analytical/problem-solving skills, attention to detail
  • Ability to multitask, prioritize tasks in a fast-paced environment
  • Experience working with cross-functional teams, including business analysts, data conversion specialists, developers, and quality assurance analysts
  • Ability to collaborate with clients, at both operational and leadership levels
  • Motivated individual who is a self-starter and takes initiative
  • Experience with MS Office (Excel, Word, Projects, PowerPoint, etc.)
  • Working knowledge or experience with internal collaboration tools such as Jira and Confluence
Preferred Qualifications
  • Experience in Financial and Capital Accounting
  • Familiarity with Oil & Gas industry and product applications
  • SQL knowledge
