We're a fast-paced, high-performing software company filled with talented, motivated, and purpose-driven individuals. Our Project Services team is a fast-moving team responsible for facilitating the implementation of the Pandell suite of 12+ product groups.

About the Role

We're looking for a skilled Software Implementation Specialist to join our team. As a key member of our Project Services team, you'll be responsible for managing software implementation projects from kick-off to go live.

Key Responsibilities
  • Manage a portfolio of small to medium-scale client implementations
  • Responsible for software implementation, data conversion, and product upgrade projects for new and existing Pandell customers
  • Lead meetings with clients to discuss product implementation and statuses
  • Participate in organizing project and development activities for assigned projects
  • Preparation and ongoing updates of client and internal project plans (milestones, tasks, timeline, etc.)
  • Liaise between customers, Pandell data conversion/development teams, and business subject matter experts to ensure that business needs are identified, defined, and documented
  • Facilitate the analysis, planning, and execution of solutions to resolve various customer requests
Requirements
  • 5+ Years of experience in Software Implementation, Project Management, or equivalent experience
  • Experience with software implementation projects from kick-off to go live
  • Experience working with cross-functional teams including business analysts, data conversion specialists, developers, and quality assurance analysts
  • Experience with MS Office (Excel, Word, Projects, PowerPoint, etc.)
  • Ability to use right-size tools and techniques to fit the project at hand
  • SQL knowledge
