Job Summary

We're looking for a skilled Software Implementation Specialist to join our Project Services team. As a key member of our team, you'll be responsible for facilitating the implementation of our suite of 12+ product groups.

Key Responsibilities
  • Manage a portfolio of small to medium-scale client implementations
  • Responsible for software implementation, data conversion and product upgrade projects for new and existing Pandell customers
  • Lead meetings with clients to discuss product implementation and statuses
  • Participate in organizing project and development activities for assigned projects
  • Preparation and on-going updates of client and internal project plans (milestones, tasks, timeline, etc.)
  • Participation in the creation of Work Order and Statement of Work documentation
  • Liaise between customers, Pandell data conversion/development teams, and business subject matter experts to ensure that business needs are identified, defined, and documented
  • Facilitate the analysis, planning, and execution of solutions to resolve various customer requests
Requirements
  • 5+ Years of experience in Software Implementation, Project Management, or equivalent experience
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills
  • Superior organizational and time management skills
  • Strong analytical/problem-solving skills, along with acute attention to detail
  • Experience working with cross-functional teams including business analysts, data conversion specialists, developers and quality assurance analysts
  • Ability to multitask and prioritize tasks in a fast-paced work environment
  • Ability to collaborate and build strong relationships with clients, at both the operational and leadership levels
  • Motivated individual who is a self-starter and takes initiative
  • Experience with MS Office (Excel, Word, Projects, PowerPoint, etc.)
  • Working knowledge or experience with internal collaboration tools such as Jira and Confluence
  • Ability to use right-size tools and techniques to fit the project at hand
