About You

We're seeking an individual with a strong background in software development, including a minimum of 7 years' experience managing software development teams in an agile environment. A bachelor's degree in information technology, computer science, or the equivalent is required, with a master's or PhD in a relevant specialization being preferred.

Responsibilities
  • Foster a culture of innovation, growth, and continuous improvement
  • Own the delivery of business-critical features for high-value customer-facing applications
  • Promote efficient collaboration between scientists and engineers on a project basis

  • Coach engineering leads within the team

The estimated annual salary for this position is $145,000 - $175,000, depending on location and experience.
