Job Summary

We are seeking a highly skilled Supply Chain Manager to lead and manage a factory Supply Management team responsible for overseeing daily supply operations to meet the business needs. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in supply chain management, with experience in creating and executing strategic plans aligned with business objectives.

Key Responsibilities
  • Lead and manage a factory Supply Management team to ensure efficient supply operations.
  • Develop and execute strategic plans to procure equipment, components, and goods and services required by the manufacturing facility.
  • Develop a multi-year cost reduction plan with achievable savings targets and ensure reported savings are verifiable.
  • Keep factory leadership updated on major issues, progress, and challenges related to the administrator's area of responsibility.
Qualifications and Experience
  • Bachelor's degree in Supply Chain Management, business, operations, or related field preferred.
  • 5+ years of experience leading and developing a Supply Management team.
  • 10+ years of experience in Supply Management preferred.
  • Familiarity with ERP tools and processes.
  • Proven ability to utilize software and analytics to process, analyze, and interpret data.
  • Strong interpersonal, organizational, and management skills, with a keen attention to detail.
  • Proficiency in MS Office Suite (MS Word, Teams, PowerPoint, Outlook, Excel).
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
