Job Summary
As a Supply Chain Manager, you will be responsible for leading and managing a factory Supply Management team responsible for overseeing daily supply operations to meet the needs of the business. You will create and execute strategic plans aligned with business objectives for the procurement of equipment, components, and all goods and services required by the manufacturing facility.

Key Responsibilities
  • Led and managed a factory Supply Management team responsible for overseeing daily supply operations to meet the needs of the business.
  • Responsible for creating and executing strategic plans aligned with business objectives for the procurement of equipment, components, and all goods and services required by the manufacturing facility.
  • Develop a multi-year cost reduction plan with achievable savings targets, ensuring that reported savings are verifiable and deliver a substantial ROI for both direct and indirect material purchases.
  • Keeps factory leadership updated on all major issues, progress, and challenges related to the administrator's area of responsibility.
  • Performs all other duties as assigned.

Qualifications & Experience
  • Bachelor's degree in Supply Chain Management, business, operations, or related field preferred.
  • 5+ years of experience leading and developing a Supply Management team.
  • 10+ years of experience in Supply Management preferred.
  • Familiarity with ERP tools and processes.
  • Proven ability to utilize software and analytics to process, analyze, and interpret data.
  • Strong interpersonal, organizational, and management skills, with a keen attention to detail.
  • Proficiency in MS Office Suite (MS Word, Teams, PowerPoint, Outlook, Excel).
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
