Job Title: Supply Chain Supervisor

Join Sunrise Wholesale Distributors Inc. as a Supply Chain Supervisor and take on a challenging role that requires strong leadership and organizational skills. As a key member of our team, you will be responsible for ensuring the smooth operation of our distribution center, overseeing the scheduling and dispatching of vehicles and goods, and training staff in job duties, safety procedures, and company policies.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Ensure the efficient operation of computer equipment and machinery
  • Conduct performance reviews and provide feedback to team members
  • Resolve product and service-related problems and implement solutions
  • Recommend improvements in inspection, licensing, and safety standards
  • Ensure compliance with laws and regulations
  • Train staff in job duties, safety procedures, and company policies
  • Oversee the scheduling and dispatching of vehicles and goods
  • Requisition materials and supplies
  • Perform same duties as workers supervised
  • Resolve complaints and claims
Requirements:
  • Bachelor's degree
  • 1 year to less than 2 years of experience
  • Strong leadership and organizational skills
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment
  • Attention to detail and ability to multitask
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
