Job Title: Supply Chain Supervisor

Join Sunrise Wholesale Distributors Inc. as a Supply Chain Supervisor and take on a challenging role that requires strong leadership and organizational skills. As a key member of our team, you will be responsible for ensuring the smooth operation of our supply chain, from procurement to delivery.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Procurement: Requisition materials and supplies, and ensure that procedures are conducted in accordance with laws and regulations.
  • Inventory Management: Oversee the scheduling and dispatching of vehicles and goods, and perform same duties as workers supervised.
  • Quality Control: Ensure that procedures are conducted in accordance with laws and regulations, and resolve product and service related problems.
  • Training and Development: Train staff/workers in job duties, safety procedures, and company policies.
  • Performance Management: Conduct performance reviews and recommend improvements in inspection, licensing, and safety standards.
Requirements:
  • Education: Bachelor's degree
  • Experience: 1 year to less than 2 years
  • Work Setting: Wholesalers
  • Security and Safety: Criminal record check
  • Work Conditions and Physical Capabilities: Fast-paced environment, work under pressure, tight deadlines, attention to detail
  • Personal Suitability: Accurate, efficient interpersonal skills, excellent oral and written communication, flexibility, initiative, judgement, organized, reliability, team player, analytical, proactive
