What your role will be...

As a Senior Financial Advisor at Scotiabank, you will play a crucial part in helping our customers achieve their financial goals. With a customer-centric approach, you will connect with people in a relatable way, providing exceptional service throughout their journey.

What you'll be doing...

Our Advisors are proactive in discovering customer needs, listening to understand their requirements, and educating them on relevant insights and expert advice. You will build comprehensive plans using a holistic approach to help customers achieve their goals, nurture strong relationships, and develop, retain, and grow the branch business by delivering against individual and team sales goals that support a positive customer experience.

What you need to succeed...

  • The appetite and drive to build strong customer relationships
  • A strategic mindset to develop personalized financial strategies including day-to-day banking, investments, and borrowing solutions
  • The proven ability to meet and exceed sales targets in a fast-paced environment that aligns to a customer's stated goals
  • A Mutual Funds licence and completed CIFP Diploma
