We are seeking a highly skilled and customer-focused Service Advisor to join our team at Midas. As a Service Advisor, you will play a critical role in delivering exceptional customer service and driving sales growth.
Key Responsibilities- Develop and present estimates to customers, ensuring accurate and transparent pricing.
- Collaborate with technicians to interpret inspection results and provide customers with clear and concise information.
- Deliver outstanding customer service, responding to customer inquiries and concerns in a timely and professional manner.
- Contribute to the effectiveness of the service team, promoting a culture of excellence and teamwork.
- Meet or exceed sales targets, driving revenue growth and profitability for the shop.
- Ensure a safe and healthy work environment, adhering to company policies and procedures.
- General automotive knowledge and experience in the industry.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to work a flexible schedule, including weekends and evenings.
- Valid driver's license and reliable transportation.
