Job Title: Restaurant Management Supervisor

Kaskatown Dining Services is looking for an experienced team leader to manage our restaurant operations. The successful candidate will have a proven track record of leading teams, managing day-to-day activities, and ensuring exceptional customer service.

About the Role:

  • Manage daily restaurant operations, including supervising staff, controlling inventory, and maintaining a clean and safe environment.
  • Lead by example, demonstrating a commitment to excellence in customer service, food quality, and teamwork.
  • Collaborate with other department heads to achieve business objectives and drive sales growth.
  • Recruit, train, and develop high-performing teams to deliver outstanding results.

Key Responsibilities:

  1. Evaluate employee performance, provide feedback, and implement corrective actions when necessary.
  2. Analyze sales data, identify trends, and develop strategies to increase revenue.
  3. Maintain accurate records, reports, and inventory levels to ensure efficient operations.
  4. Develop and implement effective training programs to enhance staff skills and knowledge.

Requirements:

  • 1-2 years of experience in restaurant management or a related field.
  • Demonstrated leadership skills, with a proven ability to motivate and inspire teams.
  • Excellent communication, problem-solving, and time-management skills.
  • Able to work in a fast-paced environment, prioritizing multiple tasks and meeting deadlines.
