Kevlar Security Ltd. is seeking a highly skilled Security Supervisor to join our team.
Job Summary:We are looking for a seasoned Security Supervisor to oversee the daily operations of our security team. The successful candidate will be responsible for ensuring the safety and security of our clients, as well as providing guidance and support to our security personnel.
Key Responsibilities:- Be the point of contact for emergency situations and handle them in a professional and timely manner.
- Prepare and submit progress reports to management.
- Resolve work problems, provide technical advice, and recommend measures to improve productivity and product quality.
- Supervise, coordinate, and schedule activities of security personnel.
- Train staff in job duties, safety procedures, and company policies.
- Establish work schedules and procedures.
- 5-10 years of experience in a supervisory role.
- Security Guard License.
- Criminal record check.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment.
The Security Supervisor will work in a variety of locations, including outdoors and in hot, noisy, and wet/damp environments.
