Security Supervisor

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Security Supervisor to join our team at Footprints Security. As a Security Supervisor, you will be responsible for overseeing the daily operations of our security team, ensuring the safety and security of our clients and their properties.
Key Responsibilities:- Be the point of contact for emergency situations and coordinate activities with other work units or departments.
- Prepare and submit progress reports, requisition materials, and resolve work problems.
- Supervise, coordinate, and schedule activities of security personnel, train staff in job duties and safety procedures, and establish work schedules and procedures.
- Experience an asset, with a focus on providing excellent customer service and maintaining a high level of professionalism.
- Dental plan and health care plan.
- Life insurance and permanent employment.
- 35 hours per week, with a focus on work-life balance.
