The Security Supervisor will be responsible for supervising and coordinating the activities of security guards, ensuring the safety and security of our clients and their properties.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Supervise and coordinate the activities of security guards, including scheduling and reviewing their work.
  • Be the point of contact for emergency situations and handle them in a professional and efficient manner.
  • Prepare and submit progress reports to management.
  • Train staff in job duties, safety procedures, and company policies.
  • Establish work schedules and procedures to ensure efficient operations.
Requirements:
  • Security Guard License
  • Criminal record check
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment
  • Flexibility and initiative
Work Environment:

The Security Supervisor will work in a variety of locations, including outdoors and in hot, noisy, and wet/damp environments.

Education and Experience:

The ideal candidate will have 1-2 years of experience in a security-related field and a secondary (high) school graduation certificate.

Language:

The primary language of work is English.

Work Schedule:

The Security Supervisor will work 40 hours per week.
