Security Supervisor
At Footprints Security, we are seeking a highly skilled Security Supervisor to join our team. As a Security Supervisor, you will be responsible for overseeing the daily operations of our security team, ensuring the safety and security of our clients and their properties.
Responsibilities:
* Be the point of contact for emergency situations and coordinate responses with other teams
* Coordinate activities with other work units or departments to ensure seamless operations
* Prepare and submit progress reports to management
* Requisition or order materials, equipment, and supplies as needed
* Resolve work problems, provide technical advice, and recommend measures to improve productivity and product quality
* Supervise, coordinate, and schedule activities of security personnel
* Train staff in job duties, safety procedures, and company policies

Requirements:
* Secondary (high) school graduation certificate
* Experience in security operations or a related field
